Once you have purchased your tickets online via Fandango or our Online Portal, you must present your receipt either printed out or on a digital device at the Box Office (Will Call). Purchasing tickets online guarantees you a seat, however, it does not guarantee that all seats will be together. Seating is on a first-come first-serve basis. We suggest showing up 30 minutes or more in advance for popular movies.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges may be requested up to one hour prior to showtime. Fandango Purchased tickets must go through the Fandango return process.
